Inner-growth for Neurodivergents
We believe we are all magnificent beyond our imagination.
We embrace our ND FLOW;
the natural way we love, play, learn, work, live, heal and express ourselves.
RESPECTFUL CULTURAL LANGUAGE
We use respectful language about our identity, culture, neurobiology and experiences.
At UN_FAKE_ABLE we love and value in-depth heart-to-heart connections with ourselves and others because we know whatever it is, it's ALL in detail!
We get right to our Roarheart's, sharing our lived experiences, how we roll embracing and dancing with our differences celebrating our Neurodivergent Autistic Identities, Culture and beautiful Flow.
We start where we are with what we have, doing what we do, the way we do it. It's more than okay – it's magnificent
to know my innate pursuits,
WHO I AM
I observe the things that bring me joy, laughter, energy, passion and "periods of lost time".
FREEDOM FROM VIOLENCE
We are not alone!
65% of people with disability experience violence after the age of 15. One in two children experiences violence and children with disabilities are 3.7 times more likely than non-disabled children to be victims of any sort of violence.
Our ROARHEART team have all experienced violence, as children, teenagers, young adults and adults. We know, from lived experience as Neurodivergent Autistics how scary, complex and painful these experiences are and the daily inner work required to heal and find ways to stay safe.
We know professionals are only just learning about the impact of trauma upon non-disability humans and very far away from understanding the impact and repair for diverse minds, hearts and bodies like ours.
We Pre-empt, Prepare and Protect ourselves from all forms of violence that we experience from friends, family, professionals, service providers and learning and medical institutions. We listen carefully to our and our children's Individual Neurodivergent Autistic knowledge within to guide us, placing safety and wellbeing first in all that we do.
"Yes, having the opportunity to learn about health, relationships, everything that was talked about helped me realise that I’m no different from everyone else. I use to think I was ugly and that no one liked me. I actually feel good about myself, no one is better than me. I’m perfect in my own way. I like myself a lot more and realise who I am. ”
SINGLE MUM, 19 YRS
We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work and live and recognise their continuing connection to land, water and community. We pay respect to Elders past, present and emerging.
My indigenous friend and I swapped paintings as gifts to one another. Our demonstration of appreciation and gratitude of personal heartfelt stories of vulnerability shared together through our art and the survival of abusing ourselves with alcohol.
Roarheart.com is a Neurodivergent Inner-Growth platform for Safety, Well-being and Joy by ROARHEART's Neurodivergent team sharing lived experiences through stories of how radically loving and accepting ourselves leads to thriving naturally and joyfully when connected to our Neurodivergent Identity, Culture and Flow.
Our Neurodivergent Flow is the natural way we love, play, learn, work, live, heal and express ourselves.
We are proud of our Neurodivergent Autistic Identities and Cultures, believing we are all magnificent beyond our imagination no matter where we are in life – however, we show up.
