BRAIN OVERWHELM

When I am overwhelmed I image my head is scrambled and the neurons are not connecting or processing easily or at all.

Causing great distress throughout my body.

I need time, personal compassion, understanding and love to assist my brain and body.

To work things through.

I remember this when my child is yelling, swearing, attacking, shutting down, self harming, controlling, panicking or freezing.

Their minds need loving assistance.

To prevent further brain explosion.

And create inner reconnection and calm.
